Guest guest Posted May 11, 2003 Report Share Posted May 11, 2003 While on vacation I had two or three separate seafood dinners and had melted butter with them and never had any problem after at all. I haven't had any problems with dairy at all, although always use skim milk or 1%. Is butter considered a different type of oil or fat from the others to avoid?
