Guest guest
I really don't know about HepC but milk is a terrible food for adults. It has animal fat, homogenized proteins are bad for the joints and the stomach. Adults lose the ability to break it down, the hormones in it are hard on the liver. It is a horrible food. Adults shouldn't be drinking it, and if they are it should be raw food that is safely prepared. -- Re: [ ] "Drinking Milk" Not trying to be nit-picky, but why is milk perse bad fotr HepC? Guest guest
In herbal treatment, they disallow to use meat of all kind, oily, greasy things like milk, cooking oil, ghee butter etc, eggs, which are hard on liver. But I think these are disallowed in jaundice not in hep c. In hep c we must have good food to maintain level of energy. Yogurt of cow milk is very good. I think milk can be taken. To be on safer side you may take skimmed milk. Saleem From: Walter L. Scheu, Sr., Th. Guest guest
There's absolutely nothing natural about humans drinking milk. What mammal drinks its own mother's milk or any other mother's milk after weaning? Humans are opportunistic eaters. That doesn't mean that every " natural source " food is good for us though.
