Only that flushes have bee known to CAUSE stuck stones, not to unstick them.

You wouldn't want to make the problem more severe, would you?

Wally;

This statement is much too broad, and is inacurate. Flushes can not be held as

the cause for stones getting stuck. Stones will seek to be released regardless

of the flush if there is a heavy demand for bile to emulsify fat. If a person

has prepared for the flush with fore knowledge of what is taking place they have

a much better chance of dealing with a stone's sticking to the wall of the bile

duct if that should occur.

There can be many other reasons for a stone becomeing stuck in a bile duct on

its way out to the intestines. But for the most part just about any size of

stone getting into the common bile duct is likely to move through because most

stones are pretty slippery at that stage, and the bile duct is usually pretty

elastic and slippery too.

The real problem is figureing out just how good of a quantity of bile a person

has for doing a flush in the first place. This is very difficult to decide

because if is often hard to determine just how well their liver is in the first

place and then just how much bile it is able to produce at any given time to

move stones along from the presure exerted by its collapes. This is one of the

reasons I have always done a fairly long, usually two to three day, fast before

doing my flushes, I rely on a buildup of bile that is just waiting to be

released. I haven't done the standard flush as most are doing on this group

because I now do a flush when I know I'm going to be getting a colonic.

If I had sucucumed to the scare tactic of my doctor or others, saying the very

same thing you did here, I would have lost my gallbladder over three years ago.

But, now my success is a hope for others who have done the drop and roll pain

endurance run to the hospital. I can honestly say I feel your pain when someone

talks about having a gallbladder or liver attack, fears losing their

gallbladder, and is also fearful of doing a flush to at least waylay any

potential surgery.

Granted, not all are going to be able to do as I have, they will have to have

their gallbladders removed, but at least there is some hope here. You are

certainly welcome to be more specific with statistics and other input to make

any further point regarding this statement if you wish but be sure to use

specific information to support your argument. I have myself and others to which

to point as supportive evidence of the effectiveness of the gallbladder and

liver flushing proceedure, along with a healthy diet and exercise.

Some people on this list have reported releif from doing a flush to get out

stuck stones.
