Well, I did my first flush last night and I did survive. I wonder if

I did things correct because I have not seen any stones whatsoever.

Here are my questions-(sorry to be so graphic)

1) Was thinking last night, given that what we consume does not go

directly thru our gallbladder, how does the stuff I was choking down

last night get to the gallbladder to do the flush? (My apologies for

being so dumb - won't know unless I ask.)

2) I need bigtime suggestions on getting the olive oil down. I used

a straw to bypass my lips and most of my tongue, but the second go

around immediately resulted in projectile vomiting at soon as it hit

my throat. What I did was- 1/4 cup olive oil and 1/4 cup lemon juice

separately -because I read they could get slimy if mixed. I also did

epsom salt in grapefruit juice 1 1/2 hours to the ugly stuff, and

again first thing this AM. I laid on my right side most of the night.

The olive oil was chilled, the lemon juice was not. Does anyone make

a capsule of it to make it easier to get into the stomach? IF -IF I

am going to try this again, I really need help on this one.....

3) Have been sipping warm apple juice since 2 hours after my last

epsom mix. Did not have first BM until early afternoon today, have

had several now, am getting progressively looser, and have not seen

even one stone. Do you think I choked up too much of the olive oil

and my flush is ineffective? During the night I did wake up and could

taste the olive oil (altho I suspect it was all mental) but was never

really in nausea.

Thank you anyone, for your suggestions.
