Guest guest
Flax oil offers essential fatty acids that the body needs daily in order for the cells to be healthy. When you buy cold-pressed liquid flax oil from a refrigerated case at your health store, you're also getting the extra energy of the electrons in the oil which have tremendous benefit, but it must be the cold-pressed refrigerated oil. The *full* Budwig plan has healed many people of cancer and other diseases for well over 50 years. If you would like an outline of the full plan, you can join the group, FlaxseedOil2, and upon joining you'll automatically receive a copy in you email inbox. There are various ways that the recipe for flaxseed oil and cheese can be made. In fact, if you don't like cottage cheese, you can use yogurt cheese simply by draining yogurt using cheesecloth. You could also make kefir cheese the same way or you could use goat's milk as a base for these cheeses. Each one has a different taste. The trick to creating a better taste also is in the way of blending the oil and cheese. Using an immersion blender makes a big difference in how well the two foods bond, which is crucial, and how good they taste. After blending them well, they taste much better. Besides, adding any kind of fruit, you could use onions and spice OR high quality cocoa OR lemon juice, many different foods to vary the flavor. Here's the link to a youtube page with a video showing one of the ways to make the flax oil and cottage cheese recipe. Also, here's a link to the FlaxseedOil2 group. flaxseedoil2 " biztekmom " wrote: I just did the flax oil a few times without mixing it in cottage > cheese and when I mixed it I still had to 'chase' it with something > ...Sometimes I sprinkled cayenne into it, cut up onion, anything to alter it.
