Curcumin bio-availibility

I am taking about 9 grams a day of curcumin and am trying to work out the best

way to make it more bio-available. Indian medicine mixes it with oil which I

tried with coconut oil. It is just such a mess in the kitchen and a nightmare

to work with. Someone posted about boiling it for 10 minutes. Others say

bioperine is the thing to mix it with. Any thoughts or suggestions and any

studies to document it?
