Guest guest Posted April 27, 2010 Report Share Posted April 27, 2010 I am taking about 9 grams a day of curcumin and am trying to work out the best way to make it more bio-available. Indian medicine mixes it with oil which I tried with coconut oil. It is just such a mess in the kitchen and a nightmare to work with. Someone posted about boiling it for 10 minutes.
