I have more energy and feel better without it. Also, I find for the type A, sheep cheese is awesome... " Roquetfort " is a french sheep cheese, it is the best cheese ever! I have never tried that kind of cheese. I am still exploring different recipes. Actually I am curious if anyone out there in cyber land knows of some healthy salad dressings that don't use vinegar? Also, I am looking for a pasta substitute since the semolina and even the whole wheat pasta makes me pretty sick. Thanks,
