I am type A as well, elimating meat was very easy for me. I have

more energy and feel better without it. Also, I find for the type A,

sheep cheese is awesome... " Roquetfort " is a french sheep cheese, it

is the best cheese ever!

Thanks for the tip. I will try that. I have never tried that kind of

cheese. I am still exploring different recipes. Actually I am

curious if anyone out there in cyber land knows of some healthy salad

dressings that don't use vinegar? Also, I am looking for a pasta

substitute since the semolina and even the whole wheat pasta makes me

pretty sick. Thanks,
