Any Dr's in Dayton, Ohio area? Intro and lots of questions

Hi,

AM Testosterone is 149, slip from Dr's doesn't say if it's the total

or T free. Both were to have been done. 50 years old, lifer on

warfarin for deep vein clots on 3 different occassions. First run in

with gout was last month.

I've read over most of the files here.

Symptoms are flacid even with stimulation, little interest, little

energy,wife and kids say I'm irritable, can't get to sleep many

nights until 2am or so despite going to bed about same time most

nights and getting up between 7-8 every day.

Going in for results appointment from Dr. on Wednesday.

1. What additional lab work should I ask for before starting

treatment?

2. Realizing that my level is very low what treatment night be the

best one to try first? I've a $2500.00 deductible so will be paying

for most things out of pocket.

3. I've heard of atropy issues, how do I work with that?
