Guest guest
why are animal fats bad. where is the proof, anecdotal or otherwise. I was not trying to prove a point about animals fats, I was giving my opinion on this one. In my own experience at least animal fats do tend to upset my digestion, whereas the oils that I mentioned do not. I remember reading about the melting point of fats and oils, and I believe that the more solid animal fats require more heat in order to stay liquid, thus perhaps having a tendancy to clog the body more. Sorry Don't have double blind trials or research documents to shore these statements, up, I think people are capable of doing their own research anyway, and drawing their own conclusions as to whether my own opionions on fat are all true, partly true or rubbish/! however I have read widely and think there may be some credence to my points! I hope the group have not focused on the fat issue, here, as my intention was to bring the wonderful benefits about the CUMIN, and of course the book title and the website. But of course, too much fat, especially fat of the wrong type, is bad for you and may lead to obesity, heart disease, and diabetes... http://www.udoerasmus.com/articles/reviews/item11.htm I do find that when you get these responses, with no feedback on if people find the article useful, it makes me wonder why I bother, but perhaps this is not considered a problem by others?
