Hi, CJ,

In a sense, Olive Oil could stimulate an " attack "

as like fat, it stimulates the flow of bile and that

can cause stones, sludge, etc. to pass from the

gallbladder, but we do need to have some fat

to keep the bile moving some, so that bile isn't just

sitting in the gallbladder causing formation of stones.

I do notice that there is a different kind of reaction

when I use good oils -v- animal fats.

I think it's a matter of controlling how much fat,

not overdoing, except when doing a flush with the

proper preparation beforehand.

Has anyone out there ever heard of Black Cherry Juice helping to dissolve

gallstones? I heard this recently. Also, regarding Olive Oil, I am wondering

how it can be taken without causing an attack, as it is an oil and we are to

avoid fats to avoid attacks. Or is it different from other oils such as

vegetable oils, etc. CJ
