Or is it different from other oils >such as vegetable oils, etc. CJ Hi, CJ, In a sense, Olive Oil could stimulate an " attack " as like fat, it stimulates the flow of bile and that can cause stones, sludge, etc. to pass from the gallbladder, but we do need to have some fat to keep the bile moving some, so that bile isn't just sitting in the gallbladder causing formation of stones. I do notice that there is a different kind of reaction when I use good oils -v- animal fats. I think it's a matter of controlling how much fat, not overdoing, except when doing a flush with the proper preparation beforehand. L.
