I read about this polish technique (discovered initially - entirely by accident)

about two months ago- in a magazine that we get in the UK, called POSITIVE

HEALTH.

I was pleased to see a small advert in the current magazine showing the website

and ordering details for the 48 page book and CD video.

www.selfhealingbsm.pl this site is in English but originates from poland.

I think that this could be a wonderful tool to have to hand and its free and you

can even do it on yourself, now thats giving people back their power!
