A good friend of mine on the forums very smart on this.

Told me to stop the Zinc/Copper I was doing you can't take them together. And

he said the Malti. Vit. I was doing is not good. So I am now doing ZMA at

bedtime and 2mgs of Copper at noon. With this new Vit.
