Guest guest
I had sleep apena for years before being diagnosed in 1994. On a scale of 1-10 mine was a 7 so the insurance company paid for the surgery. About a week after surgery I started to dream again after almost 20 years. IMHO Without the REM sleep you do not have night time erections and that leads to low T and ED. Doctors that only check total testosterone do not know what they are doing. You have to have all the T's tested and E2. The more important tests is the Testosterone, Bioavailable and E2. My doctors tell me that that is more important than Total T. My Total T is just above normal range by 3 points but my bio is 66% of range. After looking in all the wrong places for a testosterone treatment, 4 or 5 uro's, I finally found the answer in my primary care doctor. He and now my Male Sexual Function doctor agree.
