Guest guest
There is no " fat burner " as effective as " T " . Evidently aromatase is not a problem with you. My E2 got up to 80 before I started Arimidex. Adipose (fat) tissue usually contains the aromatase enzyme which converts T to E2. Estrogen can be stored in fat as E1 ( estrone sulfate ). I spent last summer walking 2-3 hours a day and Nordic Tracking for over an hour at a time. I went from 231 lbs to 206 lbs. I've lost most of my abdominal fat, but gained lots of muscle and bounced back up to 214 lbs. I don't recommend anything extreme. Just find an exercise you can do consistently and do for many months. My goal was to eat 300 fewer calories each day and burn 300 more calories per day. With an allowance for occasional setbacks that should yield a loss of 3 lbs / month. Anything " extreme " is destined to failure. I gained my weight over 30 years at a rate of 2-3 pounds per year. In order to get sustainable losses you need to do it over months and years, not weeks. If you lose 20 lbs over a few months, you will almost certainly gain back 30 lbs when you stop the " extreme " exercise. > > Is it possible to have estradiol/estrogen stored in your fat deposits > that may be confusing your hpta even though lab tests show E2 is less > than 10 on a range of <54? > > All my fat is in my stomach. Guest guest
Agree. I used the wrong word for extreme. I meant I was gonna be extrememely disciplined over the next few months with regards to my eating habits. avoid the unnecessary processed foods/carbs...generally eat more homeade meals and healthy lean meats/veggies/fruits. Will try to keep a 1-2 lb weight loss per week goal...want to go from 184 to 170. i'm 5'9 " so 184 isnt' that bad..but the fat is all in my stomach and chest...definately think its storing estrone/estrogen which is what keeps my hpta from sensing low T and as a result keeps my LH somewhat low. thx > > > > Is it possible to have estradiol/estrogen stored in your fat > deposits > > that may be confusing your hpta even though lab tests show E2 is > less > > than 10 on a range of <54? > > > > All my fat is in my stomach. Even if Estradiol was stored in your fat cells, it would have to get into the blood stream inorder to even have an effect upon your HPTA. Thus is seems logical that your E2 levels would be higher than what you are currently seeing if your theory is correct Aromitase activity takes place in adipose tissue or fat, so increased fat levels could increase a mans Estrogen levels. > All my fat is in my stomach. Were these your baseline levels before starting TRT or after you had been on TRT for a while? Also, most docs do not get this right but if you are doing tests on FSH and LH, the test should be performed first thing in the morning. Dr. Crowley at Harvard Medical School told me that too many doctors miss this key aspect of testing for LH and FSH and consequently, they end up with useless test results. > So maybe my fat is just holding Estrogen which is what is preventing my > HPTA from sensing low T and thus the low LH. > Anyway, i'm gonna take some major extremes to burn my stomach fat. If your cortisol levels are high, you will have a very difficult time loosing weight

So when u say increased fat could increase a mans estrogen levels are u referring to total estrogens? or are u still talking about estradiol? My levels for 3 lh and 5 fsh with 300 (241-847 range) is prior to any TRT or HRT for that matter. i'm not on any TRT right now as it has done zero for me. im gonna try to lose fat over next few wks and have started last week with some good results so far. TSH and cortisol are all ideal numbers. by next month if im losing fat with no increase in libido i'll try Clomid to increase my LH. a previous hcg prescription confirmed my testes work just fine.
