Guest guest
I believe we are all metabolically unique, some so some foods, commonly thought of as healthy may in fact not suit us all. For example an avocado may not be a healthy food to all who consume it! Maybe foods consumed raw are better for us, in that they contain enzymes that have not been killed by cooking - but I do not think that all people who follow for instance a completely raw vegan diet, all thrive on it. I do believe that some people do need animal proteins. Whether this is morally right of course is another complete discussion issue. Its always nice if we can tolerate all the various different dietary formats (obviously some of really unbalanced) but in the main we perhaps have to do a lot of experimentation before we find the eating plan that suits us. I think it goes without staying that we all keep off the white sugar white flour hydrogenated fats, and foods full of preservatives, these are not really healthy for anyone. Maybe if our livers and gallbladders are completely clean and healed we would not have these food intolerances. Its hard to stick to a really restrictive diet anyways!
