Guest guest
Saj: We use The Now foods brand of vit D3, 5,000 units each. That is simply because it is the brand our health food store carries. We take the D3 with each meal to split them up. Vitamin D should be taken with a bit of fat. Vitamin D is not really a vitamin but a hormone. I imagine there are other good brands as well, but be careful some contain soy or yeast. Some k2 will help as well. Make sure the B12 is Methylcobalamin, sometimes called brain B12. It takes a while for the vitamin D to build up in the body when taken as a supp. Sunshine will introduce vit D into body a bit quicker. Check into IP6 with insoitol for depression and a high quality probiotic as well. Sun shine is very good as well, along with some walking or exercise. All of these are good for fighting cancer. I have no proof but think taking a yeast killer everyday is important in the battle for both cancer and depression. Other yeast killers are coconut milk, which I use in my home made juice, and olive oil which I use for cooking. Coconut oil can also be used for cooking. A Far infrared sauna's is also a yeast killer and alkalizes. Vitamin D also has anti fungal properties. We take the Pau D'Argo about 3 or 4 times per week. I have no clue if this is enough but do think other yeast killers should be used as well everyday.  My wife uses both self hypnosis and reike to get the cancer monkey off her back. Not every type of stress management works for every one, and one will have to try many to find one or two that work. EFT works for many but not for all. Meditation works as well and yoga helps too, My wife finds reiki and meditation works the best for her. You did good checking into the hex reaction. The herx reaction can be slight depending on the level of die off and one can just feela bit off when there is not much yeast in the intestines or if the tea is not very strong. Once the yeast is under contol there will be no herx reaction. My friend had anxiety and depression and the alternative doctor recommended IP6 with inositol. He swears this has worked very well within two weeks if not sooner. good brand is enzymatic. I can see a defined improvement big time. I have not heard this person laughing in years. He is now laughing. I need to laugh too, so I bought some. Yes vit D is from doc and likely not D3, but D2..What's a good D3 you recommend? B12 he prescribed is indeed sub-lingual... I looked up Herxheimer reaction and the symptoms that are described, she did not experience a single one, except depression: The Herxheimer Reaction (die-off reaction) is a short-term (from days to a few weeks) detoxification reaction in the body. As the body detoxifies, it is not uncommon to experience flu-like symptoms including headache, joint and muscle pain, body aches, sore throat, general malaise, sweating, chills, nausea or other symptoms. She has stopped Pau D' Arco for a couple for a day now, and depression situation is very slightly better, but not completely gone... How many times/day or week should Pau tea be taken?
