Multi supplements I am taking

Hi, and happy holidays to all. I have been taking some multi supplements for

about a week now and I wanted comments also what should I be taking as well.

Natrol  Omega-3 Fish Oil 1000 MGNatrol 5- HTTP 100 MGTheragran- M Active

Multivitamin and Multi mineral (It has better ingredients than one-a-day for

men)

Just got today, PhytoPharmica Indolplex with DIM  60 Tablets (Is it OK to take

two daily?)

I ordered through MN MyVitaNet.com (DIM), and it took a couple of weeks for the

shipment to arrive at their warehouse and then a couple of days to be shipped to

me. I called to ask what was the hold up and didn't get a, good night or happy

holiday...
