to purchase advance tickets when they are made available.

Our Newport Beach screening of Burzynski was a sold out crowd with a

second screening added that night due to demand.

A recent article was found in today's news which tells how the

pharmaceutical company Merck has shown a 65.2% profit growth in 2009. It also

points

out how _ " This year, Merck CEO has a bitter pill to swallow:

patents on two hypertension drugs and a brain tumor treatment - which

together bring in about $3 billion annually - are set to expire. " _

Imagine what is going to happen to the stock prices and employee pool at Merck

and all of the other pharmaceutical companies when Dr. Burzynski's

patented medicines are FDA-approved and he releases his drug to the world

within

the standard 7-year exclusive manufacturing and distribution license. We

just might see the government begin to bail out PhRMA as we witnessed with

the banks. That is of course if they even allow his drug to be approved due

to this reality.

As that is the biggest problem: not whether or not the treatment is safe

and effective - but rather - how on earth can the FDA approve one of the

most important patented medical breakthroughs in cancer treatment in the

history of medicine and give it to only one corporate entity? The only way to

do

this is to re-write all licensing regulations for PhRMA - or simply change

the rules in this case for the sake of humanity. That is the bitter

financial pill to swallow for the FDA, Congress, Senate and PhRMA.

The only way this will happen is if the people of this country and the

world begin to stand up and demand it. Please forward this email to your
