Guest guest
I just remembered that before I had my gall bladder removed, I used to drink sage tea during attacks. It helped to relieve the pain. I'm not sure how or why, but I heard that it can aid digestion. You just steep the leaves in hot water like any other tea. (I used dried sage.) You may want to add sugar for taste, otherwise it's bitter. P.S. - Although this helps to relieve pain, don't drink the tea too often. I think sage contains estrogen properties. Estrogen is not good for the gall bladder. I would just keep the tea handy for occasional attack relief.
