Free T went high total T staid the same?

I have been on TRT for over a year and consistently my free

testosterone was lower in relation to my total testosterone, I don't

have my blood work in front of me but in the last two blood test my

Total T was around 700 and my free was slightly over the " acceptable "

range. Previous blood work over the year showed my total T around 700

with free T well within " acceptable " range.

What would cause this switch and should I be looking at Free or Total

T in controlling my dose? My doctor has expressed some concern but

hasn't told me to do anything as of yet just more blood work.
