Guest guest
He told me that the ultrasound results showed a 2 cm gallstone. That was why I had a pain in my side that I have never had before. 3 weeks ago was my first (and so far only) gall stone attack. The pain went away after about 5 days, and I've been pain free for about 5 days now. I am hoping that I don't get another attack of pain and have instantly started to eat hardly any fat since they say eating it is supposed to make the gall stone act up. The Dr said he wanted to take my gall bladder out! I said NO! I don't want my damn gall bladder out! I am PRAYING that I stay normal and never have another gall bladder attack and the 2cm stone goes back to being a non painful stone since I am 35 years old and have never had this happen to me before in my entire life. Should I listen to my Dr and have them remove the bladder, or should I try some of those gold coin grass/apple juice things that I am now reading about on the internet to get rid of the stone, even though my dr said it is " impossible to get rid of the stone " without surgury. Thanks!
Guest guest
just scour this site for information! It's amazing what you can find here. Check out the files, look at the photos, follow the links... keep on educating yourself! I applaud you for telling the doctor no on gallbladder removal. I didn't tell mine no... I just took that little referral slip for an internist and let myself slip through the cracks in the medical machinery. I have now done my first cleanse, and even though the olive oil has a bitter aftertaste and the " collecting evidence " stage is gross I had a lot of success. Two centimeters really isn't that big -- about the size of a grape, and I'm sure you have passed things that large before. Just let the olive oil do its work and things will be great! Welcome, and I'm sure you will learn a lot from this group. Luci > He told me that the ultrasound results showed > a 2 cm gallstone. Guest guest
You mention olive oil, but I HAVE scoured the site and other sites and have found many " recipes " that involve olive oil. What EXACTLY is the concoction (recipe) that you used? And how often did you take it, how much, etc. I would like to try it. Thanks! > > He told me that the ultrasound results showed > > a 2 cm gallstone. Guest guest
i did my first flush on saturday. it was painless. hundreds of stones came out. i too was told to have surgery right away. so, instead of giving my power up to the doctor who knows nothing of natural ways, i, with help on this forum and my healthy friends i did the one day flush, using epsom salts olive oil and grapefruit + lemon juice. i couldn't believe it--the concoction tasted just fine. only thing i did NOT like was the epsom salts. however, what's a little bad taste compared to months of suffering after surgery, extremely high cost which is unnecessary. email me for instructions if interested. dmagic@... -------Original Message------- From: gallstones Date: Saturday, July 05, 2003 3:56:05 AM gallstones Subject: Re: Looking for help...just got a call from my doctor. .. Can't you just post the instructions to the list? Did you do any preparation ahead of time, you said it was a one-day cleanse. Thanks :-) L. Guest guest
I appologize for taking so long to answer you. I had a car accident on the 4th and even though none of us were hurt, things have been rather hectic around here since then. I've basically only had time to read the digests from the group and no time to respond. To answer your question, the cleanse I did was not exact because I never could seem to find " the perfect time " to fast and do all that prep-work for several days ahead of time. So, the best I could do was eat very light at the beginning of the day, and after six hours with no food and only water to drink I began my cleanse. It involved taking epsom salts orally about four hours before bedtime -- 2T with 10oz warm water. Then an epsom salt and water enema. Then, about two hours after drinking the epsom salts I began taking the olive oil. At 15 minute intervals I drank 1/4c cold-pressed olive oil and followed it with 2T fresh lemon juice until I had drunk a pint of olive oil and 1 cup of lemon juice. I kept everything beside my bed and lay down between doses, being careful to lie on my right side. When I was done drinking my olive oil I went to sleep. When I woke up I began the process of collecting stones from the toilet. I counted hundreds of small stones and probably a hundred larger stones, with only a dozen or so the size of large grapes. I limited my diet to grapefruit and pineapple juice for that day. It took most of the day and it was at least 48 hours from the start of the cleanse before I began to feel a little more like a normal person. It was kind of like making an appointment with yourself to have the 'flu. Still, it's nice to know that gallstones don't have to mean a surgery.
