Guest guest
- any particular brand of liquid chlorophyll? Is powdered chlorophyll mixed with water same? Should I also add wheatgress juice (I can get it from Whole Foods) to his diet? Appreciate the help. You have no idea. I fed hubby the grassfed beef liver anyway. Am so confused. Thanks again, really. Siewleng. Liquid chlorophyll will naturally increase RBC' s. In addition it also helps to cleanse the blood.
Guest guest
Siewleng, I prefer liquid because it's quickly and easily absorbed by the body. As far as brands, I use Nature's Sunshine liquid Chlorophyll, but I'm sure there other good products on the market also. You mentioned wheatgrass and I have used that also to build rbc's, but be careful not to consume too much at once, since it can cause nausea. Begin with no more than one ounce per day on an empty stomach and if tolerated increase to two ounces the following week.
