Guest guest
, I think you are either referring to the Chinese Tiao He Cleanse: https://www.mynsp.com/web/meydrech/products.jsp?stocknum=40001 or Clean Start: https://www.mynsp.com/web/meydrech/products.jsp?stocknum=39997 But a note about cleansing, someone mentioned that they do not feel well when they cleanse. This can happen, and for most it is normal. This occurs when the various bacteria, viruses, parasites, etc. is " dying off " often called a " die off " reaction, or another long name that starts with an H that I'm not going to try to spell right now :-) This is why it is important to keep waste moving out of the body by the two main avenues, the bowels and the kidneys. A good cleanse should have herbs that will help to keep things moving, and you MUST drink plenty of pure water. This will help in the " feeling poorly " department. Another thing that will help is fiber....some cleanses already contain Psyllium, and there are other soothing things like Slippery Elm...these are muscillegenous(sp?) herbs that swell up when they absorb liquid etc. in the digestive tract, and will not only add bulk to the stool so the body wants to pass waste more frequently, but will help absorb toxins so that they are not reabsorbed back into the bloodstream, causing the symptoms many describe. If you are feeling poorly and doing all of these things, you may be quite toxic and need to go a little slower, take less of whatever you are taking, or adjust your diet, depending upon the cleanse you are doing. Someone mentioned feeling dizzy, etc. This is not uncommon when the gallbladder is cleansing. When I do the flushes, for example, and have to get up during them, I find that I feel really woozy and have to steady myself...esp. the first one I did this year, but the next wasn't as bad. Maybe less toxic? I'll let you know after I do my next one, I hope next week. (I prefer to do them every month or two until I stop having symptoms, going by the theory that it allows time for the packed stones in the gallbladder to loosen up a bit, and some of the ones in the liver to move down...but I did let this go for a number of years, so have got myself quite a few stones to get rid of. There's lots of different ideas & opinions...whatever works :-) L.
