I have never used anything like Gold Coin Grass, etc. to break down stones, just started doing flushes again...it's all explained at my web site, link to the page in my signature line, so not sure I am going to take the time to type it here. Yes, the stones get bigger with time, wish I hadn't waited this long, and now that some years have gone by and I'm in early 50's, seems that I make them more. Still, as I had mentioned about a month ago, I had an ultrasound for something else, and asked the tech if she would peek at my GB...she pointed out all the stones...quite a few...and pointed out how many were smaller stones clumped together, they are " sticky " , you find that out when you flush. She knew about the flushes, and when I told her the size of the ones I had already flushed, she felt that I would be able to flush these. So would like to give it a go again next week, if I can. Sheduling is always tricky lately. She was really into natural things, and was as surprised to hear me talking about flushing as I was to have her giving suggestions while I was there for a medical procedure...it was kind of neat :-) She suggested I do 3 nights in a row, I am going to have to give that some thought, need my strength theses days to deal with family matters. She claimed that I should feel stronger after, not weaker, if it is completely successful, but would need to recuperate a bit...usually a day or two is enough for me to feel pretty good after. We shall see...I'll keep you posted. Take care, L.
