Siewleng Siewleng, I prefer liquid because it's quickly and easily absorbed by the body. As far as brands, I use Nature's Sunshine liquid Chlorophyll, but I'm sure there other good products on the market also. You mentioned wheatgrass and I have used that also to build rbc's, but be careful not to consume too much at once, since it can cause nausea.
