Guest guest Posted February 4, 2010 Report Share Posted February 4, 2010 Hi you probably wondering why I ask this quesion it be cause Im fighting cancer and my doctor has told me I need to get more exersise,yet I walk every day I just feel right now that Aerobic exercise 'a waste of time' and I fell just walking is better for you, Manny years ago a lot of the people I knew, trained in the army. According to the results, published in the Journal of Applied Physiology today, 20 per cent of people do not receive any health benefits from aerobic exercise. The study, which stretched from London to Ontario, saw an international team of researchers from 14 institutions examine the human genome to find a way of predicting who would benefit the most from exercise.
