Today cancer can easily infect everyone, if we do not give more

attention to our food and our lifestyle. Then what foods can prevent or even

eliminate cancer?

The following list of foods, beverages and spices are good for preventing and

fighting cancer:

-- Omega-3 rich foods, such as wild-caught cold-water fish like salmon, flaxseed

oil, and walnuts.

-- Vegetables such as avocados, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, carrots, garlic,

sweet potatoes, mushrooms and beans.

-- Raw foods such as Brazil nuts, walnuts and almonds, all of which are

unsalted.

-- Fruit such as grapefruit, figs, oranges, lemons, grapes, papayas,

raspberries, blueberries, cherries, tomatoes and pears

-- Salads composed of garlic, onions, red peppers, tomatoes, red clover flowers,

chopped cooked beets, fresh calendula flowers, celery, fresh chicory flowers,

chives, cucumbers, cumin, peanuts, purslane, and sage.

-- Spices including turmeric, ginger, cayenne pepper, cinnamon and herbs such as

rosemary, oregano, parsley and sage.

-- Beverage that can fight or prevent cancer - tea with high anti-oxidant, for

example rooibos tea (red bush tea), green tea, ginger and green or black tea.

The types of anti-oxidants such as polyphenols can prevent cell damage which can

cause cancer seed.

-- Other antioxidant beverages, such as organic sulfite free red wine. Drinks

more pure water on a daily basis to flush out toxins from the body.
