Guest guest
How is it best to eat this garlic- just raw- by itself- or can I mix in other foods??? I can't imagine how difficult I will be to live with (or be around) eating that much garlic. I've heard of garlic breath before but... wow. To remove parasites, Dr. Cabot says to have 4 to 6 cloves every day for 4 weeks. You should press your garlic. I have up to 4 cloves in my fresh veggie juice, sometimes more than that. You can also stick extra in homemade olive oil and vinegar salad dressing. I usually also press extra on my salads besides the salad dressing. Be creative, you can have it pressed on a sandwich or on any of your veggies with your meal. It's always best to have it with something because it can be a stomach irritant. But it should always be pressed to get the maximum benefit out of it. Susie
