Guest guest
Dr. has a kidney cleanse which helped me immensely at one point: http://www..net. Also Dr. Schulze has some kidney cleansing tinctures: http://www.800herbdoc.com/, maybe you could find some herbs at your health food store. I'd be interested in what you find as I have kidney problems too. >I suspect that the mercury in my body caused damage to my kidney too. >Is there any supplement can support the kidneys? Do you know how ? > No. Its part of the system of Chinese facial diagnosis. My guess would be that when the kidney is not filtering well enough, the eye skin being so thin easily shows what is happening throughout the body. Blue and Black are the " water " colors in TCM. My husband tends to weaker Kidney energy, I to weaker Liver energy so I am well acquainted with the difference which is hard to articulate but easy to spot. The key is the color of the circles. There is also the option of simply supporting kidney a little and see if you feel better and the circles resolve. Remember, (this is where most of the list normally goes to sleep) that Kidney supports Liver in Chinese medicine. So if the liver is weak enough it will steal energy from Kidney. If you have over-purged Liver you would definitely be draining kidney energy too. I gave a good description on the big picture of kidney energy recently on the list search " glucocorticoids. " With the summer heat coming on you definitely want that kidney energy stablized since this is fire season which is hard on the kidneys in general. Good luck. There are no easy to read chinese medicine books or I would refer you to one. Its taken me years to learn their system enough to " get " the interactions between the 5 elements. Guest guest
If the problem is kidneys what colour are the dark circles ? Also for liver ? I know the skin under the eyes is very thin, so I thought what is happening is the blood is thick/toxic and is showing as such under the eyes due to the thin skin. The fact that it shows up in the am (the liver detoxes at night, not sure about the kidneys) made me suspect liver. In any case, I do a herbal kidney cleanse every few flushes. > > No. Its part of the system of Chinese facial diagnosis. Guest guest
What are the kidneys detoxing? I'm not sure how much detox the kidneys actually do. http://www.lhsc.on.ca/transplant/kidney.htm Maybe they only detox the creatine and urea at night but I suspect they would have to perform the other functions continuously. > -----Original Message----- > From: mackarmstr@... Guest guest
, Actually, I wanted you to explain why you said the kidneys detox at night. You mentioned it here so I don't see why you can't explain it here. Where did you get this information ? > -----Original Message----- > From: mackarmstr@...
