Bile Salts

Please tell me why we need bile salts? I have colitis since m GB was

taken out. Never had this before. When I can't go, I get GB attacks (

feels like them any way )

Now I am constipated since I started a candida cleanse. I have no idea

why. Anyone .....why would this happen to me?

How would the bile salts work?
