I had waited 5 years since my last flush, and like you had been to have a ultrasound about a year and a half ago that showed stones. I put off flushing, and suffered a lot of discomfort, don't know why I procrastinated, but I did. I don't do any of the extras, just go right for the flush. Doesn't mean the extras aren't good, I may be missing out on something, but so far, flushes have worked without doing parasite cleanses, etc. first. Still, it is not a bad idea to cleanse the various organs. I don't use the orthinine...do suffer waves of nausea during the night, but it's just for a night, and I know what to expect and am used to it. Whether or not it is dangerous to flush when gallbladder is inflamed, I am not sure, but personally I use 1/2 cup Flax Seed Oil and 1/2 cup Olive oil for the oil part of the flush because Flax Seed Oil is said to have anti-inflammatory properties. Keep reading different people's experiences and you'll come up with what will work for you :-) L. Guest guest
Hi, What flushes are essential to be done before a liver/gallbladder flush? I read different suggestions--colon/kidney/parasite. I'd like to do the liver flush ASAP. Do I really need to do the other flushes first? What are the dangers of doing just a liver flush? Also, I had a 15-hour gallstone attack two days ago. I had an ultrasound yesterday (after the attack), and was told that my gallbladder is inflamed as a result, but no stones are stuck in the ducts, I have multiple small gallstones in the gallbladder. Can I do a liver flush having an iflamed gallbladder, or should I wait? Thanks, Zora
Guest guest
Hi, I went straight for the flush and it worked like a charm. I too was worried about the preparations before the flush. I didn't have any problems not doing the parasite etc. However, I did eat low/no fat for a few days before and drank apple juice. For a few days after the flush I was still passing stones in my stool, they were sticking out of it. I " excavated " with plastic fork and spoon and washed them off. They were bigger than what came out with the flush. I also kept eating lots of vegetables, cooked and raw, and granny smith apples, apple juice, and I used olive oil in cooking onions and peppers and chicken etc, every day.
