For about two months I was juicing all organic veggies for her. She wanted to stop because the diarrhea became so bad. I have told her about eating mostly raw foods. It is hard to change old habits. One thing I know does not help is the fact that she is a very heavy smoker. Two cartons per week. I realize that I need to watch myself and children also. I have been married for a number of years and I have over the years become more careful with our food. You are what you eat. My husband recently found out he is diabetic and he asked the doctor what should he not eat. The doctor replied if it tastes good spit it out. I thought it was funny, but yet very true. So many processed foods are loaded with sugar, sodium and many other not good things. Well, I have taken enough of your time. Thankyou again. Guest guest Posted January 19, 2000 Report Share Posted January 19, 2000 Chere: Regarding your question about where to get laetrile and what to do about your mother's liver and colon cancers: First of all, I am not a doctor and do not give medical advice for curing cancer. However, I am very interested in general health through lifestyle and nutrition, and it is possible that your interest in these things can lead you to curing your mother. You can get apricot kernels and give a dozen or so to your mother a day. 2% of the kernels are laetrile. You can go to my references page at http://www.datadepo.com/cures for cancer/references.htm and find two or three mail order sources of the kernels. You can get the laetrile from Mexico. My web site gives a full protocol for administering Laetrile (see the drugs page), and you need a doctor's help to do it right, plus the proper combination of nutrients. The manufacturer on my references page is a partner in a health clinic that administers it in Tijuana or San Diego, but any doctor can supervise it, and the law does not prevent that. Here is a nutritional suggestion that is worth its weight in gold (verify this will not harm your mother by consulting a KNOWLEDGEABLE nutrition-oriented medical professional). 1. Give your mom 1 to 2 quarts per day of freshly-made raw vegetable juice that is 80% carrot and the rest a mix of beet, greens, broccoli, and so on (doesn't matter much). She may need additional enzyme or mineral supplements, but this much juice will provide a lot of calories for her as well as a good enzyme mix. She should not eat animal protein. Right now I doubt that her intestines are in any condition to digest it. Besides that animal protein conscripts trypsin and chymotrypsin, enzymes that normally help kill cancer cells, for digestion. However, vegetable protein (beans, corn, rice, etc) do not conscript the trypsins. I will point out that harmful bacteria in your mom's guts may have caused this cancer to start up. That is purely a result of bad eating habits. Antibiotics, alcohol, chlorine, and other poisons kill off the good bacteria that cause release of healing B vitamines (laetrile is B17) from food during digestion. Yogurt and acidopholus milk replenish those good bacteria so essential to digestion. She should avoid medicines and eating habits that destroy good bacteria, and avoid cooked foods (except proteins) that destroy enzymes needed for digesting alkalines in the stomach. 2. Make a sandwich for her each day and make her eat it - it contains the following ingredients: heavy bun (not light bread like hamburger buns) thickly buttered with organic butter 5 FAT cloves of organic garlic, peeled and crushed generous coating of ground ginger 5 to 10 thin slices of habanero pepper (at least half the pepper) Cancer and infections " hate " garlic, and the pepper and ginger get its healing power into the bloodstream fast, and this is very palatable. 3. Get her to do an intestinal cleanse using organic herbs. The formula is on my cleanses page, and I recommend getting the stuff here in Clearwater at http://www.botanicals.net. After this cleanse is done, do the kidney cleanse, and then the liver cleanse. Her liver is probably loaded with liver stones that contribute to the problem of preventing it from operating efficiently, and her body is absolutely on toxic overload from the chemotherapy, so without the cleansing help, the liver is not likely to be able to do its job. It is based on the fact that all illnesses are either precipitated or exacerbated by improper nutrition and profoundly stupid living and eating habits. The only real cure for disease is proper nutrition and living habits. Your mother might now have badly damaged organs from the cancer (it is a fact that she has some damage) AND the chemo. So the task is to keep her alive long enough to a) get her to good nutritional health, and repair the damaged organs. This might not be possible if she is unwilling or unable to follow the repair programs, or if her " number is up " . Medical science does not cure cancer. It starves or kills cancer cells and usually kills the patient earlier than if the patient had followed sound nutritional programming when the cancer were first discovered. Medical " treatment " always makes the patient sick, and often kills him. Doctors, because of medical negligence (according to Ralph Nader's proofs), " kill " over 300,000 patients a year in the USA alone, and they are not " witch " doctors. The average lifespan of a medical doctor is 58 years, compared to over 70 years for others. Perhaps the doctors don't live as long because they are taking their own advice and using all that free sample medication the drug companies give them. You should think about these things before jumping to the conclusion that medical training has produced a seriously competent healer. I strongly advise you to study and understand the functions of the alimentary canal and its components and supporting organs for the body's chemistry related to digestion and nutrition. Stomach, colon, small intestine, large intestine, liver, gall bladder, and kidneys. Once you realize how these function in concert with each other, and the typical problems they have because of bad eating habits, you will be amazed at the conclusions and cognitions you arrive at that point you to the path of nutritional cures for diseases. And since you are your mother's child, you are next in line to get sick from the same crappy eating habits that are now killing her. So figure it out and get with the program before it is too late for you, too. Write to stephney@... and ask her what she knows about colon cancer, intestinal cleanses, and nutrition. If you can get to clearwater, show up for workshops at 611D South Myrtle at 7:30 PM on tuesday and thursday eves. You will be greatly enlightened. She is undergoing chemo but we are also trying alternative treatments. Vitamin E, Essiac tea, Shark cartilage, Wheat grass, Barley green, Horse tail (to regrow her hair). I also encourage her to eat a lot of live foods. I have heard a lot about laetrile. My dietitian told me not to give it to my mother. Our tastebuds sometimes get so deranged by these artificial fake foods we don't appreciate delicious, well prepared foods. there was very little diabetes before the age of modern food processing. Unfortunately it goes back to the Beginning of the 20th century. The first commisiioner of the predecessor of the FDA, then called the bureau of chemistry Dr.Wiley. resigned in 1906 I think it was when the government approved the use of " corn sweetener " or " corn syrup " as a sugar substitute he could not believe that it would be approved even though it caused a sharp increase in Diabetes in test animals. First 3 months of injections and now the oral. She has had no bad side effects and in fact is doing quite well. About ten years ago I set up a lab for them to produce deprenyl. The only other Mexican producer that I know of is CHEMSA. Both manufacturers make good products. For a short while in 1991 I was medical director of clinic in Mexico that specialized in laetrile use. I did see benefit, but this was in combination with a complete metabolic program. I don't see much benefit from an attempted home use of a few vials. Normally it is used as a slow IV drip. Don't try to drink it or you can get violently sick. laetrile , Carolyn or list, A friend has recently imported laetrile in viles with the intention of injection over the recommended period of twenty one days, however no instructions came with them. Do you have any knowledge whether such injections are to be taken sub -cut, IM or intraveneous? Our friend has the recommendations regarding vit. C, however we are all in the dark regarding the rest and unfortunately no intelligible reply from the Mexican suppliers. Thanks. Or it can be given as an IV drip along with Vitamin C. It is also recommended that 100% DMSO be included in the mix (10CC DMSO per 30cc Laetrile). DMSO will help with the cellular absorption of the Laetrile. The form of Laetrile is the POWDER form, but this requires medical expertise to be administered, and cannot be done as a push. Pleas also note that vit C should NOT be included if a IV push is used.
