Gall Bladder Attack or no?

Hello, I am trying to get a handle on some health issues I have been

having. For quite a few years I have suffered from acid reflux,

heartburn, etc.. Recently this has taken a different turn.

About 3 months ago, I was having pain in my side, lower right

abdomen, and eventually the doc had me go to the hospital for a scan

of the kidney/appendix to see if I had appendicitis or stones in

kidney. Nothing turned up.

A few days later the pain was along my right lower rib cage and has

been there for the past 3 months. I have radically changed my diet,

little fat, no junk, all good foods, mostly organic, no meat except

fish, no pop or alcohol, etc.. This has resulted in improved

digestion, and 16 lbs lost, but the attacks I begin having about one

week after the intial pain, have not stopped. They occur about once

a week. Extremely painful as you all know. Pain in upper back,

between shoulders, that seems to radiate a little towards center.

SOmetimes this is wehn I cheat, but sometimes I am eating perfectly

and it happens.

I have had an ultrasound and they say no stones, gall bladder and

ducts look normal. Has anyone else experienced this?

I have done a flush and passed stones, but am not real sure if I

should continue. I am a believer in alternative medicine, but not

100% positive these are truly stones, vs. olive oil that I just

drank. I don't want to start that debate, but wondering if anyone

has had similar experience with no stones showing up in ultrasound,

etc..

Thanks,
