Guest guest
Does anyone on here know how to fix kale? I've never had it and someone told me it was very good, so I was at a place that had it. Thanks, Susie

I also found a recipe that you cook it in a little olive in a skillet with some garlic, like you're saying, and you mix in chopped onion and some red bell pepper that's chopped. I have tons of frozen red bell pepper that I bought at the grocery store the other day when it was on sale, so I think I'll try that. I've got a recipe for wilted cabbage and I read that kale is a member of the cabbage family. I didn't know this fact. Where I live, you can't find it. I had to go to a place called Farms Market in another town about 25 or 30 miles away. They have the most beautiful product and have all kinds of stuff. They are also a natural health food place. I just go crazy when I shop there. Well, I do appreciate y'alls recipes. Thanks, Susie
