Guest guest
Hi Group, My Mom has been dealing with her stage IV ovarian cancer for the past 1.5 years. Successfully, I might add. She has been doing a combination of things but, most importantly, she has been following the Budwig Protocol. For many years prior, she has had high pressure in her eyes and takes Lumigun(sp?) drops in them every night to keep that under control. She has her eyes checked religiously, every 4 months. Last week a broken blood vessel was found behind her right eye. A blocked artery/vein in neck is believed to be the cause. She is scheduled for a sonogram of her neck area next week and, if a blocked artery is found, she will be recommended for surgery. The docs seem to want to act on this pretty quickly for fear of stroke. We are wondering how she could have a blocked artery after being on the Budwig Protocol for 1.5 years? This diet is supposed to thin the blood and she even went off of it a week prior to a surgery due to this fact and fear of her blood being too thin during surgery. Also, any ideas for avoiding surgery? Would 'blockbuster-all-clear' supplement be recommended/tried in this case? Or is surgery the best thing to do since these blockages can let loose at any time? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
