Hi

I ordered her bottled herbs about a year ago, and realised that the alcohol in

them wasn't good for my condition. I also didn't find them helpful. I find

fresh, dried herbs stewed as a pot of tea, much more helpful. My favorites at

the moment are Peppermint and Horsetail.

Many vegetables and fruits are natural bile thinners as well, so making a big

pot of vegetable stew along with herbs or spices for flavour would be much more

beneficial. Add a spoon of a good cold pressed oil on top, and a little

naturally balanced sea salt. Here is a list of some of the recognised natural

vegetable bile thinners and bile flow stimulators:

Beetroot, Radish, Artichoke, Carrot, Celery, Fennel, Parsley, Parsnip, Dark

Leafy Greens, Cabbage, Broccolli, Cauliflower, Brussel Sprouts.

Onions, Garlic and Leek purify the liver.

Herbs known to help the flow of bile: Milk Thistle, Dandelion Root, ,

Gentian, Yarrow, Burdock

Spices known to thin and stimulate the bile: Turmeric, Chilli

Hope this helps.

Please share your experiences, good or bad, using Chang's

gallbladder flush. Have any of you used Gold Coin Grass or Chinese

Bitters ordered from her?
