Personally, I think cleansing the liver doesn't have to be an

expensive thing at all...apple juice, olive oil and epsom salts

are not expensive. As for cleansing kidneys, I did that with

an herbal combination called JP-X...took it for a month+ and

toward end of that month noticed I was passing white

pieces of something, can only describe as tissue-y looking

matter...etc. That wasn't expensive either. Drinking enough

pure water is one of the best things we can do for

ourselves aside from exercise and eating as close to

natural as possible. (I could do better on the later 2 :-)
