Anyone? How is it safe..on the package it says for external use

only? AND...any advice on taking HCL..have heard that sometimes

people get gallstones as they do not have enough acid in their

stomach to digest? Anyone? Thank you.

Yes, you are supposed to have diarrhia...get a GOOD cleaning

out so that the stones come out " clean " the next morning. There

are instructions on the side of the box I have for internal use.

Also relaxes the ducts as it is a magnesium.

Here's what it says on the side of my box, (cheap from Shop Rite):

For Internal use as a Laxative:

Increases water in the intestine thereby promoting bowel

movement. Indications: a saline laxative for the relief of

occasional constipation. This product generall produces

bowel movement in 1/2 to 6 hours. Dissolve the following

doses in 1/2 glass of water: Adults 12 years or older - 1-2

teaspoons. Children 6-12 years - 1/2-1 teaspoon. Not

recommended for children under 6. Repeat infour hours

if needed. Limit two doses per day. Lemon juice may be

added to improve taste. Follow above directions only or

as directed by physician.

Warnings:

Epsom salts is for occasional laxative use only. Serious

side effects from prolonged use or overdosage may occur.

Do not use for period of longer than one week except under

advice and supervision of a physician. Do not use when

abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present, use only

under the advice and supervision of a physician if you have

kidney disease, are taking medication for any reason, or have

noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that persists for

longer than two weeks. Do not use during pregnancy unless

directed by a physician. As with any drug, if you are pregnant

or nursing a baby, seek advise of a health professional before

using this product.

Phew, that's it :-)

Have any nursing moms ever done a liver cleanse? My daughter is 18 months old,

so

it's not like she totally depends on me for food. Just wondering .

I did the liver cleanse 2 weeks after having my son, I wasnt breastfeeding

but I was pumping, so I guess that is the same thing. I was very sick

though, from Gallstones and unable to eat anything anyway. I did fine with

the cleanse and actually felt better for a little while afterwards.

Try magnesium citrate solution. It comes in 6-8 ounce bottles at the drug

store. I don't know what country you are in but it should be available just

about anywhere.

Woops! also brings water to the bowel to thin and evacuate. When you use

this stuff it is going to put you on the toilet.

Greetings

Epsom salt will pull toxins out of the body!!!

If you have a boil you can make a paste of epsom salt and put it right

on the boil and it will draw it out. Beware, it might cause you a bit

of pain, it pulls all the toxins together in one spot and then tries

to pull it right thru the skin..that is when at times lancing a boil

is done. If this is done make sure you let it drain totally if not

you will have the same problem again soon. This can happen when you

are just using it as a soaking agent too!!!

Boils are just a collection spot for the bodies toxins and if it is a

good spot for the body you will get repeated boils on the spot.

Remember the infection is the bodies way of fighting the nasty things

it feels do not belong in the body...the body is just doin' its job.

So, flush those toxins out thru flushing and the bowels and your body

will thank you for that.

Oh yes, the only addition I can think of is the fact that the body is

not getting enough Magnesium and it will take what it can get.

I have two PDF's that are complete on how the body works...would

anyone be interested in getting them? If so I could upload then if

give the way to. They might be tooo large for a personal mail but I

have done it once or twice before. They are wonderful like that

song...the hip bone's connected to the leg bone, the leg bone's

connected to the finger bone....no, just kidding!!!

I love the information!!! It just might help us all understand that

we are not just body parts we are the sum total of our parts.

It is from a course that is really very complete. The only draw back

is the spots that would normally go to a page that would give more

information it will not go to that link...but the information is there.

I bought it as a copy I do not have the original... I asked if I

could share my copies he stated I could since they were his to offer.

Ok for now...If you want more info on boils, let me know...I have had

a ton of them!!!

Good health to us all

When I was having my first attack couple weeks back, I developed 8-9

nasty pimples on skin right over gall bladder area, and a few on back.

Could feel the pain going right down to the area. Took an epsom salt

bath and applied epsom salts paste directly to area for a few minutes

and pimples and gall bladder felt a lot better the next day. (In

addition to drinking every few days for various purposes hear mentioned.)

FYI. CM
