Guest guest
Have you tried dandelion root? Also lots of pure clean water. One thing that is really helpful to me is lots of beets - I often do carrot/beet/parsley juice with a little raw garlic (depending on who I'm going to be near) and that tastes good and is nourishing on many levels and beets are particularly good for liver and kidneys. Carol Monroe Nature doesn't judge. It's pure love, pure being, perfectly in the moment because it's not thinking all the time. Such is the nature of enlightenment. Guest guest
Essiac Tea is a great blood and liver cleanser and detoxifier and is gentle to use. If you buy the dry herbs and brew your own, it costs just pennies per day. If you would like the recipe just let me know and I will email it to you. It can also be purchased ready made in the health food store. Guest guest
Bonita that would be lovely. It maybe easier to just buy it made already since more simple is best for now. Should i also blend the dandelion tea with it? thank you so much!!!! Guest guest
Hi Ellen, You could probably blend the dandelion tea with it but I believe separating the doses would be better. It would also be easier to notice any effects. Please note that it is possible to be allergic to any of these herbs. I was allergic to the slippery elm at first and had to throw up after opening my first herb shipment and getting a whiff of it. A subsequent NAET treatment for slippery elm cleared that allergy and I have been brewing and using it successfully ever since. Guest guest
I buy my dried herbs at a local health food store. Prior to that I bought them from www.herbalhealer.com This site calls the Essiac Tea herbs the HHA 4-Herb Tea. Guest guest
Not sure of the amount on the milk thistle as I took it about 6 yrs ago during cancer treatment. It was under the care of a doctor but i am sorry i don't remember the exact amount. Generally, you would go with the higher end of limits when you are specifically treating a problem.
