Hi Health Activists,

As you probably heard, the reports on the Major Cell Phone study called the

Intergroup, has been reported to be " inconclusive " . The real question and

answer is TO WHOM?

If you look closer, its pretty conclusive, but the economic stakes are so

high, it is being downplayed-if you insist on lettionfg other people come to

your conclusions about scientific studies.

Microwave News evaluation of the Interphone study of cell phone use.

Microwave News is one of the most authoritative sources on this EMF area.

The study was completed 4 years ago and the huge growth of the Cell phone

industry and the common usage by so many have utterly changed the definition

of " heavy user " the consider 30 minutes a day to be heavy-maybe when the

study started that was heavy not today.

There is so much money at stake, the results were dynamite.

One of the key arguments was over the table of Risk chances for brain

Tumors. For users over 10 years of use it is considerably greater, over TWICE as

risky (2.18) times.

The heaviest users also had the riskiest chance of Brain Cancer

the greter the hours the riskier 1680 hours (1.82) times the chance

and for over 270 calls (1.31) times but ironically (1.49( for 128- 269

calls.

.. see Table below from appendix 2 of report

Some of you do not have a choice--but use it sparingly if you have to.

Don't waste calls to tell a friend-I just arrived, " how are you feeling? " --they

can wait.
