I have been on the Blood Type Diet and I have found that most of the

things I'm suppose to avoid I do better when I do. My only criticism

is that it was very hard to follow. Being a vegan in this society is

very difficult, although it is getting better than it was. I am not

a vegan but I definitely feel better when I limit my meat intake. I

have been struggling with digestive issues for over a year now and am

still trying to figure out what foods are best. I have done the flush

3 times now and feel that the first one was by far the most

successful. I had two months symptom free and now I have been having

the pain back again. I am beginning to wonder if maybe I've been

eating too much meat. I am going to try avoiding meats for awhile

and see if that makes a difference. Thanks to everyone for the

posts. It has been helpful in managing my health even though I don't

post very often.
