Guest guest
I did my first flush last night, pretty uneventful, not much sleep, the epsom salts were horrendous. I loved the taste of the grapefruit and olive oil mixture. Also, had a horrible headache during the night. This AM, with diarrhea, were many very small green things. One was pea size and a few were quite a bit smaller, then, a ton af teeny green things. Were these stones? I felt a couple of the bigger ones, and they were not hard at all- they were the consistancy of playdough when squished. Are stones supposed to be harder? Thanks. You may see more later in the day. Some stones are harder, but if you did the preparation ahead, it can soften them. I think they harden the longer they are in the GB. Some are probably from liver ducts as well. I get the headaches too, especially the next day. There is a nerve pathway connected to the gallbladder (Chinese medicine folks would call it a meredian) that runs right up there above the eyes, around the bridge of the nose, I believe. It affects my sinuses, too, they will drain if not the next day, within a day or so. Congrats! L.
