Guest guest
Just wanted to say thank you to all those out there that have helped me take care of my health. I have done 4 flushes now and I pretty much eat whatever I want to now. I still eat pretty healthy most of the time because I liked so many of the recipes I learned but it is nice to be able to eat junk food once in awhile. Last weekend I had roast beef and a hamburger and I didn't have any pain at all. I was so excited. So it seems like for me the flushes work best when I fast for 2 days first. I usually do the oil around 6 or 7pm. Anyway, I do notice that my bowels get messed up for about a week and then go back to normal. Also, I have pain in the upper right quadrant of my chest for a few days, I wonder if that's just soreness from the flushing. Does anyone else have that happen? Anyway, I am hoping that I will continue to feel good. Thanks again,

I didn't see a lot, so think I need to give it another go in a week or so, but yes, I have that tenderness, to, which is not surprising considering what's happening inside. Feel it in the back and sometimes in the front. I was just thinking today, yes, I know I still have some stones, but compared to this time last year, I am eating more things, and some lumps that were on my arms around the elbows and inner arm are gone, and skin softer. Have had them for over 5 years, and wanted to hide them all summer. Had a biopsy a few years back just in case, and was told they were granular anularie or something like that, and when I did a search, found out they were cholesterol deposits under the skin. I've always kind of thought they'd go away if I got back to flushing, and sure enough, they started to after the first flush and were gone shortly after the second. So I'm not home free, but thankful for the improvements :-) Also, this time last year I was almost nightly putting heat on my back where it hurt, that's only a very occasional thing ow. And yes, this weekend at a barbacue I ate salads with dressings, and one with bacon in it, meat, etc., and did pretty well. Take care, and congrats, . L.
