Uro-Exam Question

I have been to three Urologists for evaluation for low testosterone. I

have always wondered if I have undescended testis, but they say " no "

because they drop down when I get warm or am relaxed in the evenings on

the sofa, etc.

However, all three urologists a reference that I have a " small

scrotum, " what does this mean? My GP did an exam and asked if I was

missing a testicle because he couldn't find it. One is bigger than the

other, but isn't that normal? One is about four times the size of the

other. The larger one, is average size " normal, " the other is slightly

larger than pre-puberty.

I remember always thinking something seemed odd as a kid. The school MD

mentioned it to my parents when I had a physical for football as a kid,

but they never followed up and I wasn't anxious to be " checked " again

as a kid. My whole life (I'm 42), the " boys " have tended to reside in

my lower pubic area during the day until I relax at night. Does this

happen to anyone else? It has not affected my fertility at all, but is

kind of embarrassing.

I use both Androgel to replace Testosterone, and they have me injecting

HCG to sustain testicular volume and mass.

Does anyone else have this profile? What is a small scrotum? How can a

scrotum be small if it holds two testis? I tend to not ask a lot of

questions when someone is poking around down there.
