Guest guest
I did a GB flush Wednesday pm, and have not seen many stones, only a few. I drank apple juice for 3 days as much as possible, but was really feeling it in the GB area. Wasn't feeling well Wednesday and in early afternoon decided to do enema, and whatever was passing really burned...I believe it was bile. Kept on " going " , and then later did the epsoms as suggested at 6 p.m. It kept me going lots more, so I opted not to do the second dose of epsoms. Took the oil/grapefruit juice mix earlier than usual, at about 9, and lay on right side for an hour, then flat on back. Felt waves of some nausea, but not the intensity that I am used to...to me nausea means things are working. Fell asleep in wee hours of morning and woke up about 5:30 really nauseous, and put heat pad on and went back to sleep until 9 am. Got up a little woozy, but no nausea. Did enemas, on and off all day, and though there was that green sludge, and lots of stringy mucous (yuk, sorry), saw only a few stones and I know I have more there from the ultrasound I saw. Guess it's back at it again in two weeks. I do feel better, but who wouldn't after a good cleaning out of the bowels and all that oil to lubricate the joints. That is likely to pass in a new days, but we'll see. Did have a tremendous headache over the eyes on and off all day, but that's part of the nerve pathway to GB so happens to me after flushes sometimes. Well that's it for today's flush. Not one of the more exciting ones, but every little bit helps. L.
