Keep doing what your doing how is your night time and morning wood if it's good

your E2 is good. If not try a little more arimidex try 1/4 of a pill every

otherday if your wood is not working.

SHBG 31 range 13-71 nmol/L

Free test 2.1 range 1.6-2.9 pg/ml

Test Bioavail 445.5 range 130.5 - 681.7 ng/dl

TSH 0.92 range 0.45-4.67

Estradiol 37 range 78 pg/ml

LH 0.5

any advise should I up my androgel?

should I up HCG ?

I feel fine it is my testis that has me concerned .

I am surprised the HCG has not gotten the results you seek. HCG 3 times a week

should be enough to return your testicles to their original size. Might try

upping the dosage to 400 or 500 iu but I wouldn't go any higher.

Only other thing I would suggest is the combined 6 pumps of androgel and HCG

is a lot with only a total T of 760. Do you know how much each is contributing?

May be your only getting the benefit of one or the other.

Have you considered injections with T also?

Or his testis can do the job and he is primary. So if this is the case going

higher on HCG is only going to up his estradiol levels.
