Total Estrogen vs Estradio

What's the difference between the two? For me...Estradiol is 19 and in great

range according to the board...but I still feel all the symptoms of excess

Estrogen with exception of sore nipples. My Total Estrogen is 143 with a range

of <130...so I'm out of range on the high end. Does this confirm that I do in

fact have too much Estrogen?

I'm not taking any TRT. My T is hovering around 450 at 7am. I think if I can

get my Estrogen down my T levels will rise.

Any thoughts appreciated.
