Blood Shortage for PLHAs in Delhi

Dear Forum,

We are facing for a long time problem of Blood Shortage in Delhi.So many HIV+

people with anemia patients are more needed blood at the time of emergency.

Some times in emergency family/relatives are not supported & help us.Without

arragement of blood  Govt.Hospitals are reffer to the patients to the care home

& care homes again reffer to the Govt.Hospital.

The cost of one unit blood is approx 1500/RS.NGO's &  DIC's have no Budget for

Blood Helps.NACO/SAC's have also no solution in all that.In ANC (pregnent

womens)cases we also faces shortage of Blood.Who can solve the problem?
