Most if not all of us on TRT the LH is shut down because the brain sees the T in the blood and stops sending the messages of LH to the testis. So this is how it helps if your levels were say 230 before going on TRT your testis can make this much T. So when you go on TRT this stops your not make 230 of T anymore adding in HCG your testis will make this much again. Being on TRT and not getting the LH messages sent to your testis the stop working and get small. Adding HCG gets them working again and they come back in size. Also if your Seconday your pituitary does not send the LH to your Testis and taking LH will keep your testis working. Plus we have all kinds of cells that react to LH in are body and brain so it just makes good since to add HCG to keep this cells full. U need order a lot to justify their shipping fee's, as they are quite high. About forty percent of my shipments have had to be re shipped by them, as our customs turns them back. The last I got was from Dewitt Pharmacy in Michigan. That is the one Dr uses. I am in KY. People in KY will get arrested if they use internet pharmacies. That is a KY state law and a couple other states laws also. The only one they approve of on the net is drugstore.com in KY. They have a list and the pharmacy must be on their list. UPS and Fedex also have the KY list and if they get a shipment from a pharmacy not on the list they contact Operation Unite Drug Task Force. Doctors around here will not write a prescription off label. I am 61. I guess I could tell the doctor I was trying to get my wife pregnant. I know people say that HCG goes bad in 1-2 months after constituted but they are wrong. I just took an IM shot 1/4 cc using a bottle I got from Dr on 11-1-2004. My testicles have doubled in size on that one IM dose. I think the mfg tells everyone to throw it away so they can sell more. Also about an hour after the IM injection I got a sense of well being that I never got from HCG before. This was 4 year old generic stuff too. APP brand. But, I never shot it IM before. I wonder if there is something different about the way that HCG is shipped, the labeling, etc? I have ordered Armour, Medrol, and HC from different off shore pharmacies and never had anything stopped. Even outfits that ship testosterone say a seizure is rare. Do they charge you for a re-shipment??? Phil and a few others here have claimed they can tell the difference between brands, and they can tell the stuff is losing potency as it gets older; in fact I think I've read Phil state that he increases his dose towards the end of the " shelf life " of the product to get the same " feel " from the injections. I can't argue with these guys who say they're that in touch with their bodies, it's just not an experience I share. I've never gotten any " feeling " at all from my HCG shots, but my nuts have never shrunk while on TRT so I assume the stuff works for me. I also use a bottle up (mostly), even though it means keeping it well past the 30 or 60 days the label says to discard after. I remember a Dr Mirkin piece on pharmaceuticals where he said most drugs don't turn into anything bad after their expiration date on the label, but that they could indeed start to lose potency, and all the expiration date is a a guaranteed potency date. I guess my final advice on the subject to anyone would be to not throw away this hard to acquire product just because you mixed it 30 or 60 days ago. I would continue to use it and see if your symptoms change at all after the expiration date. If your balls don't shrink, keep using the stuff up or until you're sure the potency is diminished and increasing the dose slightly loses efficacy. The bottle i use is over a year old. I have a dozen vials 200mg Depo T. I use the oldest bottle every time. It works the same as the new stuff does. Does any one know if it will still be any good after the ex date. and if so for how long. I know once it is mixed it says that it needs to be used in 60 days. any advise.
