Guest guest
Is there a relationship? Since quitting SP extract, morningwood has been a thing of the past unless I have to urinate really badly in the morning. Spontaneous erections are nowhere to be found as well. Libido is very low and energy levels aren't great. Developing some fat around the midsection and not making muscle gains (even though I can bench 235lbs and only weigh ~165lbs). I'll get noctunral erections here and there but I don't think that has to do with Free T. Remember, my T before SP was 428, so I had naturally low testosterone to begin with (which probably explains why I had low libido most of my life and the fact that I can't grow a full beard and have very little body hair.... also long term use [6 years] of Paxil may have lowered my T levels and libido too). These were results from Feb: Testosterone Total 419 ng/dL (250-1100) Testosterone % Free 1.35% (1.50-2.20) Testosterone, Free 56.6 pg/mL (35.0 -155.0) SHBG 40 (7-49 nmol/L) Estradiol 32 pg/ML (13 – 54) As you can see, the percentage of Free T is below range. I might have to get some more bloodwork done to see where I stand now that it's June (four months after stopping SP). I should also check FH and LSH as well. How would one go about raising Free T? I'm using ZMA at night but haven't noticed much. Some have mentioned Nettle Root but that inhibits DHT, something I obviously do not want to do since that's what got me into this mess from the start. Would raising Free T bring back morning erections? I will say that I was able to have successful sex without Viagra Sunday night and even had enough time to put a condom on. This is a stark contrast from the weekend before where I did lose my erection WITH Viagra - I never felt so down in my life but my gf was very supportive/understanding.
